This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., San Francisco, USA. When you visit the site, your browser automatically transmits technical data such as your IP address, the date and time of access, the page requested, the referring page and your browser type. This data is processed to deliver the website, to ensure its security and stability, and is kept only for a limited period. It is not combined with other data or used to identify you. If you write to me by email, I use your name, email address and message solely to answer your enquiry. I do not pass this data on to third parties. Emails are handled by Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Corporation), which may process data outside Switzerland. I delete enquiries once they are no longer needed, at the latest 12 months after our correspondence has ended, unless statutory retention duties apply. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures or legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Your rights
You can request information about the personal data I hold about you and ask for it to be corrected, deleted or its processing restricted. You may also object to processing. Simply contact me at hello@ronheussen.com. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Switzerland this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (edoeb.admin.ch).

The project images show my own work or work I contributed to as part of the projects presented. Rights to client work remain with the respective clients. Client logos, brand names and award marks are trademarks of their respective owners and are shown solely to illustrate projects and awards. All texts on this website are my own. Using content from this website requires my prior consent.
